Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy - Business Customers (B2B)
This Shipping Policy details the conditions for the preparation, routing, and receipt of professional orders placed on the PALETT online store.
1. Delivery Zones
We deliver to our business customers in mainland France (including Corsica) as well as in all European Union countries. For any delivery requests outside these zones (French overseas departments and territories, grand export), please contact our sales department at info@palett.fr to obtain a feasibility study and a customized transport quote.
2. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Threshold
-
Free Shipping: Delivery costs are entirely free for any order equal to or exceeding €350 excluding tax (valid for mainland France only).
-
Below the Free Shipping Threshold: For any order below €350 excluding tax, a flat-rate shipping fee of €13.90 excluding tax is applied. The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed transparently in your cart before final validation of your order.
3. Preparation and Shipping Times
-
Preparation: All our accessory orders are prepared, checked, and packed with the utmost care within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the validation of your cash payment.
-
Routing (Delivery): Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is generally:
-
2 to 3 business days for mainland France.
-
3 to 6 business days for the rest of the European Union.
-
4. Carriers and Order Tracking
Shipments are entrusted to trusted specialized providers (Colissimo / Chronopost). As soon as your package leaves our premises, a shipping confirmation email is automatically sent to you. This email contains a unique tracking number allowing you to track the routing of your goods to your store in real time.
5. Receipt of Goods and Reservations
The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the packages to the carrier, meaning goods travel at the professional buyer's risk. You are required to check the condition of the packaging and the integrity of the order upon receipt.
-
In case of damage or damaged package: You must imperatively make precise, dated, and characterized handwritten reservations (e.g., "Crushed package, torn guarantee strip, 3 missing clamps") on the carrier's delivery note in the presence of the driver. Vague mentions such as "subject to unpacking" have no legal value.
-
Notification: You must imperatively confirm these reservations with the carrier by registered letter within 3 days, and report the problem to us by email at info@palett.fr within a maximum of 48 hours following delivery (attaching photos), in accordance with Article 8 of our GTC. Otherwise, no claim or compensation can be taken into account.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are indicative. PALETT cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers (strikes, bad weather, road blockages) or any other case of force majeure. In case of abnormal delay, contact our customer service at info@palett.fr so that we can open an official inquiry with the carrier.
