Return and Refund Policy - Professional Customers (B2B)
This policy applies exclusively to orders placed by professional buyers (resellers, retailers) with the PALETT (SAS LPP) brand. As these are exclusive B2B sales, the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code does not apply. Returns and claims are strictly governed by the commercial conditions detailed below.
1. Return Request (Excluding defects or non-conformity)
You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to request a return, subject to PALETT's prior, written, and discretionary agreement. To be eligible for a return, each item must be strictly new, unused, unopened, include all its original tags, and be returned in complete batches in its intact original packaging, allowing for immediate resale. Items displayed on sales supports (POS, displays) that have been started or modified, as well as items on promotion, sale, or clearance, cannot be returned. An invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
2. Return Procedure
For any request, you must contact our customer service at the following address: info@palett.fr. No returns will be accepted without prior written agreement. Items returned spontaneously without validated agreement will not be processed, no credit note will be issued, and the products will be reshipped to you at your expense.
Once the return is validated by us, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Goods must be reshipped to the address of our headquarters:

3. Return Costs and Risks
Unless there is an order preparation error or a proven manufacturing defect observed by our teams, the transportation costs associated with returning the goods are entirely at your expense. Return shipping is carried out under your sole responsibility; we advise you to use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
4. Damage, Defects, and Non-Conformity upon Delivery
It is your responsibility to carefully check the condition of the packages and the conformity of the products upon receipt of the merchandise.

Shipping Damage: In case of a damaged or opened package, you must imperatively make precise, dated, and characterized reservations on the carrier's delivery note, and confirm them by registered letter within 3 days (in accordance with article L133-3 of the Commercial Code).

Visible Defect or Missing Product: Any visible defect, model error, or missing product must be reported to us by e-mail (info@palett.fr) within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear supporting photos (and the batch number if applicable).
After this 48-hour period, the products will be considered compliant, free from any defects, and definitively accepted. After validation of the defect by us, we will, at our discretion, replace the item, issue a credit note, or refund it.
5. Refund or Credit Note Terms
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise at our premises in La Baule, we will notify you by e-mail of the acceptance or refusal of the return after verifying the condition of the products.
In case of confirmed conformity, PALETT will choose to proceed with:

Either the issuance of a credit note for your future orders or reorders.

Or a refund credited back to the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer).
The refund or credit note will be processed within 14 business days following the validation of receipt.
