Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) - PALETT
1. Purpose and Acceptance The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) is to define the terms of access and navigation on the PALETT brand's website. By browsing this site, you acknowledge having read and unreservedly accepted its terms. SAS LPP reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time to adapt them to changes in the site or regulations; the version applicable to you is the one online at the time of your visit.
2. Site exclusively for professionals This website is a wholesale (B2B) sales platform exclusively reserved for professional buyers (resellers, boutiques, retailers) acting strictly within the scope of their commercial, craft, or liberal activity. The general public (private individuals / B2C) is not authorized to place orders. By creating an account or validating a shopping cart, you declare on your honor that you are acting as a professional and have all necessary authorizations (SIRET / VAT number). The commercial transactions that result from this are exclusively governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs).
3. Site Access and Professional Account Creation Access to wholesale prices and the ability to place an order require the creation of a professional account subject to validation by the PALETT teams. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials (email address and password) and for all actions carried out under your account. PALETT reserves the discretionary right to suspend, close, or refuse access to an account in the event of false declarations, non-compliance with site rules, or improper use.
4. Product Information and Visuals We take the utmost care in presenting our accessory collections. However, photographs, colors, and textual descriptions are for indicative purposes only. As these are accessories made from cellulose acetate, unique shades of color, marbling, or transparency effects are specific to each piece and cannot be considered defects. Products are offered subject to stock availability at the time of order.
5. Professional Prices Prices visible in the connected professional area are expressed in euros, excluding taxes (HT), and excluding delivery costs. They may be modified at any time. In the event of an obviously derisory computer or human display error on the price of a product (price disproportionate to its real value), PALETT reserves the right to cancel the order concerned, even if it has been automatically confirmed by the site.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Protection The entire content of this site (the PALETT brand, logos, graphic identity, product photographs, mood visuals, texts and technical sheets) is the exclusive property of SAS LPP and is protected by French and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, download, modification or distribution, whether total or partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. The purchase of our products for your shop does not confer any ownership rights over our brand image.
7. Prohibited behaviors and uses By browsing the site, you agree not to disrupt its proper functioning. Strictly prohibited are: the introduction of viruses or malicious software, attempts at fraudulent access to the database, as well as the use of data scrapers (scraping) to extract our prices or visuals without authorization.
8. Links to Third-Party Sites The site may occasionally include links to external sites (partners, press). As PALETT has no control over these third-party platforms, we cannot be held responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Technical Liability Limit PALETT endeavors to keep the site accessible 24/7, but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, network slowdowns, Shopify display bugs, or incompatibility with your browser. Similarly, our liability cannot be engaged for any damage related to the use of the Internet (data loss, viruses, external intrusion).
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute or litigation concerning the use of the site, and if no amicable solution is found, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Saint-Nazaire, including in cases of urgent proceedings or multiple defendants.
